One registration per person.Every attendee — including guests, spouses, and family members — must complete their own individual registration. Each accepted registrant receives their own personal E-Pass by email, which serves as their entry access on event day.

Personal Information Collected:Your name, email address, phone number, WhatsApp number, gender, state, LGA, occupation, organization, and event preferences are collected solely for the purpose of processing and managing your registration for The Great Achievers Club (TGAC) AGM Celebration & Fundraising Event.

Legal Basis & Compliance: This collection is in compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) 2019, the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023, and international data protection best practices.

How Your Data Is Used: (i) verify and process your event registration; (ii) send you the official event confirmation upon acceptance; (iii) maintain a private accreditation register for event administrators; (iv) compile anonymised statistics on event attendance. Your data is neversold, shared, or disclosed to any third party outside TGAC's event committee, except where required by law.

Storage & Security: Data is stored on secure, encrypted servers hosted within the European Union (Ireland). Access is restricted to authorised TGAC event administrators, all administrative actions are logged in an immutable audit trail, and all data transmissions use TLS 1.2+ encryption.

Retention: Registration data is retained for a maximum of twelve (12) months after the event date, after which it is either securely deleted or fully anonymised for historical statistics.

Your Rights: Under the NDPR/NDPA you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing of, or export your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact the TGAC Data Controller at privacy@tgac.online at any time.

Withdrawal of Consent: You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us; this will result in the deletion of your registration and forfeiture of your event attendance.
